It doesn't always stop working, but it's often enough that I've decided to post about it. Just locking the screen and leaving for a while triggers the bug, as does closing the lid. However, after my laptop goes to sleep the profile switching sometimes stops working.
Usually the profile switching works like a charm. Macros have become an integral part of my workflow. I've defined several profiles for everything from Chrome to Visual Studio. I've got a G600, which I love so much that I've bought 3 spares.
